Challenge: (3/2010 - 3/2011) Client required the development of a web reporting system that gives them quantitative and qualitative visibility into lead generation from paid and organic sources, as well as detailed inbound traffic analysis. Note: Client had an extremely limited budget for software/resources, zero in-house technical capabilities, a custom CRM solution and several external agencies to manage.
Response: Integrated web analytics, paid search, marketing automation and custom CRM to provide end-to-end, closed loop reporting capabilities for all inbound sources. The company achieved valuable insight into both overall lead generation and the quality of those leads tied back to different sources. They plan to deploy this tracking methodology throughout their remaining lead gen assets.
Challenge: (1/2010 - Present) Client was interested in developing a niche online social product for professionals in China and required market analysis, investor documentaion and viability recommendations.
Response: Developed initial business model, financial forecasts, competitive analysis, go to market strategy and business plan. Recommended soft market test in order to validate assumptions in the business model.
Challenge: (5/2011 - Present) Client is an agency representing social media activities and web development for various consumer brands. Clients of the agency needed verification of proper Google Analytics setup and reporting.
Response: Clients were provided with a full analysis of their web analytics reporting configuration and advised on the level of accuracy expected. Also provided was a full overview of conversion monitoring capabilities and recommendations on optimizing insights into user behavior. Developed advanced segments for the client to monitor various funnels.Agency was provided with requirements for social media analytics and advanced customization of Google Analytics. I was responsible for validating correct implementation of web analytics within a Facebook implementation and contributing to the collection and reporting of social media KPIs.
Challenge: (2/2011 - Present) Client is an entertainment personality developing several environmentally friendly brands. Client's current ongoing needs are basic SEO best practice implementation, wiki development, personal social media brand management and strategic advise on Digital PR.
